Polyvagal Informed Session

 

A nervous system–focused approach to help your body feel safe enough to shift. This is not a traditional massage — you remain fully clothed and pressure is gentle. This may include vagus nerve support, visceral manipulation, gentle cranial and neck work, and co-regulation/resonance.
